Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Securities and Futures (Exemption of ARA LOGOS Logistics Trust) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 6 May 2022.
Exemption
The responsible person for ARA LOGOS Logistics Trust is exempt from the requirement under section 295(2) of the Act to take the necessary steps to wind up ARA LOGOS Logistics Trust following the withdrawal of the Authority’s authorisation of ARA LOGOS Logistics Trust under section 288(7) of the Act.
