Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Securities and Futures (Investor Compensation Scheme) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 31st August 2010.

Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Securities and Futures (Investor Compensation Scheme) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 31st August 2010.
Fidelity fund of ICE Futures Singapore Pte. Ltd.
For the purposes of section 181(b) of the Act, the fidelity fund of the ICE Futures Singapore Pte. Ltd. shall consist of an amount of not less than $2 million.
