Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Securities and Futures (Modification of Definition of “Securities” in Section 81SF of Act) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 8 October 2018.
Modification of definition of “securities” in section 81SF of Act
The definition of “securities” in section 81SF of the Act is modified to include —
any unit in a collective investment scheme; and
any derivatives contract.
