3. Translation of subsidiary register or equivalent information for collective investment schemes

For a period of 6 months from 22nd December 2003, section 287 (13A)(d) of the principal Act shall not apply to a representative of a collective investment scheme that has been recognised by the Authority before that date under section 287 of the principal Act in force immediately before that date.
