Regulation 5

Exemption for offer of traded REIT Bonds

Subdivisions (2) and (3) of Division 1 of Part XIII (other than section 257) of the Act shall not apply to an offer of REIT Bonds where such REIT Bonds have been previously issued and are listed for quotation or quoted on an approved exchange, and are traded on the exchange.
