Regulation 25

Record of meeting

The chairman of a meeting of debenture holders must —

(a)

cause the minutes of the proceedings at the meeting to be entered in a book kept for the purpose, and approve and sign the minutes; and

(b)

cause a list of the names of the debenture holders present at the meeting to be made and kept.
