Regulation 37B

Securities or securities-based derivatives contracts to which exemptions under section 277(1) of Act do not apply

The following securities or securities-based derivatives contracts are prescribed for the purposes of section 277(1) of the Act:

(a)

[Deleted by S 70/2025 wef 24/01/2025](b)[Deleted by S 70/2025 wef 24/01/2025](c)any instrument conferring or representing a legal or beneficial ownership interest in a partnership or limited liability partnership;

(d)

structured notes issued by a specified financial institution;

(e)

securities-based derivatives contracts where the obligations under the securities-based derivatives contracts are to be discharged by one party to the other at some future time by cash settlement only.
