Application
These Regulations apply in relation to —
(a)
GLB products that are securities or securities‑based derivatives contracts; and
(b)
GLB offers, intended GLB offers, OIS offers and intended OIS offers of capital markets products that are securities or securities‑based derivatives contracts.
