Citation and commencement
This Order is the Securities and Futures (Recognised Securities Exchange) Order 2018 and comes into operation on 8 October 2018.
Recognised securities exchanges
The Authority declares the corporations set out in the Schedule to be recognised securities exchanges for the purposes of Divisions 1 and 2 of Part XIII of the Act.
Revocation
The Securities and Futures (Recognised Securities Exchange) Order 2005 (G.N. No. S 609/2005) is revoked.
