56. Application of this Division
Feedback & supportThis Division applies to and in relation to the business of a dealer within the meaning of this Act, whether that business is carried on in Singapore or elsewhere.

“dealer” means a person who carries on a business of dealing in securities as a body corporate whether or not he carries on any other business, but does not include an exempt dealer;
