34. Enforcement of directions
Feedback & supportWithout affecting any other remedy available to the Corporation, if a direction is not complied with within a reasonable time, the Marina Superintendent may, where applicable, put persons aboard the vessel to carry out the direction or may otherwise cause the vessel to be handled in accordance with the direction.
Corporation
“Corporation” means the Sentosa Development Corporation established under this Act;
If there is no one on board a vessel to attend to a direction, the Marina Superintendent may proceed as if the direction had been given and not complied with.
vessel
“vessel” means every description of vessel however propelled or moved and includes any thing constructed or used to carry persons or goods by water and a seaplane on or in the water, a hovercraft and a hydrofoil vessel;
Expenses incurred by the Corporation in the exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) are recoverable by the Corporation as if they were a charge of the Corporation in respect of the vessel.[18P
