51. Repairing, painting, etc., of vehicles and vessels
Feedback & supportNo person shall repair, paint, spray, test or service any vehicle or vessel except in such places as may be designated by the Corporation.
No person shall cause or permit a vessel to be refuelled except in such places as may be designated by the Corporation.
Paragraph (1) shall not apply to such repairs as may be reasonably necessary to enable the vehicle or vessel to be removed from any property of the Corporation.
Subregulation 1
No person shall repair, paint, spray, test or service any vehicle or vessel except in such places as may be designated by the Corporation.
Subregulation 2
No person shall cause or permit a vessel to be refuelled except in such places as may be designated by the Corporation.
Subregulation 3
Paragraph (1) shall not apply to such repairs as may be reasonably necessary to enable the vehicle or vessel to be removed from any property of the Corporation.
