Section 14

Notice of any application to the court under this Act shall be served on all trustees who are seised or possessed of any estate in trust for any person whose consent or concurrence to or in the application is hereby required, and on any other parties who, in the opinion of the court or a judge, ought to be so served, unless the court or judge thinks fit to dispense with the notice.
