Clause 35

Every sum purportedly determined by the Board before the date of commencement of section 32 of this Act as payable from any person as a fee for the late payment of any other fee or charge due from that person under the principal Act shall be, and be taken to have been, by force of this section, validly imposed on that person under the principal Act; and no legal proceedings shall be instituted on or after 8th March 2012 in any court on account of or in respect of any collection of these sums by the Board.
