This Order is the Significant Investments Review (Exemption — ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.) (Amendment) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 8 September 2026.

In the Significant Investments Review (Exemption — ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.) Order 2024 (G.N. No. S 468/2024), in paragraph 2(1), replace the definition of “Exxon Mobil Corporation” with —“ “ExxonMobil Holdings Corporation” means the company incorporated in Texas, United States of America, with its registered office address at 211 East 7th Street, Suite 620, Austin, Texas 78701‑3218, United States of America and principal executive office address at 22777 Springwoods Village Parkway, Spring, Texas 77389‑1425, United States of America.”.

In the Significant Investments Review (Exemption — ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.) Order 2024, in the following provisions, replace “Exxon Mobil Corporation” with “ExxonMobil Holdings Corporation”: Paragraph 3(2)(a) and (b) Paragraph 4(2)(a) and (b) Paragraph 5(3) Paragraph 6(1) and (2)(b) and (c).
