These Rules are the Significant Investments Review (Reviewing Tribunal) (Amendment) Rules 2026 and come into operation on 1 October 2026.

In the Significant Investments Review (Reviewing Tribunal) Rules 2024 (G.N. No. S 230/2024), in rule 4(1), replace “https://www.mti.gov.sg” with “https://www.meti.gov.sg”.
