Regulation 17
Subregulation 1
An appellant may, at any time and with the permission of the Reviewing Tribunal, withdraw the appellant’s notice of appeal.
Subregulation 2
If the Reviewing Tribunal grants permission under paragraph (1), the Secretary must, within 3 working days, notify the Minister and every other party to the appeal of the withdrawal.
Subregulation 3
If the Reviewing Tribunal grants permission under paragraph (1), the Reviewing Tribunal may require the Secretary to publish a notice of the withdrawal of the appeal in any manner that will secure adequate publicity for the fact of the withdrawal.
