Decision of Reviewing Tribunal to be notified, etc.
When a Reviewing Tribunal has made a decision regarding an appeal referred to it, the Secretary must, within 7 working days, notify the parties in writing of the Reviewing Tribunal’s decision in respect of the appeal.
