Regulation 29

Reliance on confidential material

A Reviewing Tribunal may rely on any document or part of a document to which confidential treatment has been granted, for the purposes of —

(a)

considering the notice of appeal against an appealable decision; and

(b)

making a decision under section 43(3) of the Act in relation to the appealable decision.
