Payment of income to Committee of Management

Section 10
(1)
The Corporation may pay such donations and subscriptions as it may receive and the income derived from the Fund to the Committee of Management constituted under section 12.
(2)
Nothing in this section shall restrict or limit the power (which the Corporation is hereby declared to have) to invest such part of the income of the Fund and of the donations and subscriptions to the Fund as it considers fit.
