Clause 3

There shall be established a body to be called the Singapore Academy of Law which shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal, with power to sue and be sued in its corporate name and to acquire and dispose of property, both movable and immovable, and to perform such other acts which bodies corporate may by law perform.
