Delegation of duties

Any committee may at any time appoint a sub-committee consisting of —

(a)

at least one member from the committee;

(b)

any number of members of the Academy; and

(c)

any number of persons who are not members of the Academy,to perform or carry out such tasks as may be directed by the committee.
