8. Directions by Minister

The Minister may give to the Commission such directions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as the Minister thinks fit as to the performance of the functions and the exercise of the powers of the Commission under this Act, and the Commission must give effect to all such directions.

“Commission” means the Singapore Accountancy Commission established under section 3;

The Commission must furnish the Minister with such information in respect of its property and activities in such manner and at such times as the Minister may require.
