184. Composition

A board of inquiry must consist of one or more persons who are members of the Singapore Armed Forces.

“Singapore Armed Forces” means the Singapore Armed Forces raised and maintained under section 7;
(2)
Where a board of inquiry consists of more than one person, the convening body must appoint one of the members to be the Chairperson.
(3)
Where a board of inquiry consists of one member only, that member is vested with the powers of the Chairperson.
