59. Justification, excuse and defence
Feedback & supportAll rules and principles from time to time followed in the civil courts that would render any circumstances a justification or an excuse or a defence to any charge are applicable to any charge under this Act, except insofar as such rules and principles are altered by or are inconsistent with this Act or any regulations made under this Act.
