Regulation 12
Board of Visitors’ report
Subregulation 1
Upon the completion of every visit in accordance with regulation 11, the Board of Visitors shall —
(a)
verify every irregularity with the Commandant; and (b)submit a report of the visit to the Head, Joint Manpower Department.
Subregulation 2
The Commandant shall take such action as may be necessary on any irregularity called to his attention by the Board of Visitors and report to the Head, Joint Manpower Department on any action that has been taken by him.
