Regulation 27
Subregulation 1
No parcel addressed to a detainee or military prisoner shall be allowed to be brought into the premises of a detention barrack or military prison.
Subregulation 2
Any parcel addressed to a detainee or military prisoner shall be directed to the unit commander or a family member of that detainee or military prisoner or be re-directed to the sender of such parcel.
