Regulation 35
Subregulation 1
Any detainee or military prisoner who feels aggrieved about any matter may complain to the Commandant.
Subregulation 2
The Commandant shall investigate any complaint made to him and take such steps as appear to him to be necessary to redress the matter complained of.
