Regulation 5
Disciplinary powers
Subregulation 1
The Head, Joint Manpower Department shall be a superior commander for the purposes of discipline and shall have the powers of punishment of a superior commander.
Subregulation 2
The Commander, SAF MP Command shall be a senior disciplinary officer for the purposes of discipline and shall have the powers of punishment of a senior disciplinary officer.
Subregulation 3
The Commandant shall be a junior disciplinary officer for the purposes of discipline and shall have the powers of punishment of a junior disciplinary officer.
