Regulation 53
Immediate release
A serviceman under close arrest shall be immediately released on the same working day upon the instruction of the unit commander in writing when —
(a)
he is found not guilty of any offence for which he was kept in close arrest; or
(b)
he is offered bail by a bail officer.
