23. Designation to be in writing
Feedback & supportA designation of a DXO as a DXO junior disciplinary officer, a DXO senior disciplinary officer or a DXO superior disciplinary officer shall be in writing and shall contain the name of the designated DXO or a designation of him by reference to his appointment or the duties he performs.
