42. Effects of irregularities in procedure
Feedback & supportA finding made or a sentence passed by a DXO disciplinary officer or the Senior Disciplinary Committee shall not be invalid by reason of any error in or omission from or irregularity in the procedure prescribed in these Regulations, unless such omission or irregularity has occasioned a failure of justice.
