In these Rules, the expression “qualifying service” means all the time an officer or soldier has served —
(a)
in full-time service in the Singapore Armed Forces whether Regular, Mobilised or National Service;
(b)
in voluntary service in the Singapore Armed Forces; and
(c)
in operationally ready national service in the Singapore Armed Forces.
