reg 5Medal, Star, Bar and Bar (Enhanced) to be awarded by Armed Forces Council

(1)

The Medal, Star, Bar and Bar (Enhanced) shall be awarded by the Armed Forces Council.

(2)

The Armed Forces Council may waive all or any of the qualifying conditions referred to in rule 3 in respect of any member of the Singapore Armed Forces, if the Armed Forces Council is satisfied that the member was engaged in exceptional service or service in exceptional circumstances.

Subregulation 1

The Medal, Star, Bar and Bar (Enhanced) shall be awarded by the Armed Forces Council.

Subregulation 2

The Armed Forces Council may waive all or any of the qualifying conditions referred to in rule 3 in respect of any member of the Singapore Armed Forces, if the Armed Forces Council is satisfied that the member was engaged in exceptional service or service in exceptional circumstances.
