Summing up by judge advocate

Regulation 38
After the closing addresses, where there is a judge advocate, the judge advocate shall sum up by —
(a)
advising the court on the law relating to the case;
(b)
summarising the evidence; and
(c)
advising the court on any special finding that it may make.
