Subregulation 1

If at any time during a trial before the court makes its finding it appears to the court that it should, in the interests of justice, view any place or thing, it may adjourn for this purpose.

Subregulation 2

When the court views any place or thing, the following persons shall be present:

(a)

the president;

(b)

in the case of a panel court martial or field general court martial —

(i)

all other members of the court; and

(ii)

where a judge advocate has been appointed to officiate in the trial, the judge advocate;

(c)

the prosecutor;

(d)

the accused;

(e)

each defending officer or counsel.
