Regulation 75
Revocation and transitional provision
Subregulation 1
The Singapore Armed Forces (Subordinate Military Courts) Regulations (Rg 6) are revoked.
Subregulation 2
Notwithstanding paragraph (1), the revoked Singapore Armed Forces (Subordinate Military Courts) Regulations (Rg 6) shall continue to apply to any trial before any court that was convened before 31st December 2004 as if those Regulations had not been revoked.
