33. Dismissal of charges by SAFVC disciplinary officer
Feedback & supportAn SAFVC disciplinary officer may dismiss a charge at any time during which the SAFVC disciplinary officer is dealing with it if the SAFVC disciplinary officer is of the opinion that it ought not to be proceeded with further.
