48. Deductions from pay and write‑off of public property
Feedback & supportFor the purposes of the Act —
(a)
a reference to “disciplinary officer” in section 193 or 197 of the Act includes a reference to an SAFVC disciplinary officer; and
(b)
a reference to “a trial by” a disciplinary officer in section 197 of the Act includes proceedings for an offence before an SAFVC disciplinary officer.
