Clause 32

Any proceeding or cause of action pending or existing immediately before the commencement of this Part by or against the Government, or any person acting on behalf of the Government, in respect of any of the television and sound broadcasting undertakings of the Government transferred to the Corporation under subsection (1) of section 27, may be continued and enforced by or against the Corporation as it might have been continued and enforced by or against the Government or such person if this Act had not been enacted.
