Medals to be awarded by Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs

The 10 Years Medal, 30 Years Medal, 35 Years Medal and Clasp shall be awarded by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs acting in accordance with the recommendation of the Commissioner of Civil Defence.
