Section 24

Bank account of Council

All moneys in the Fund shall be deposited in the bank of the Council.

All cheques drawn upon the bank account of the Council shall be signed by two of the following:

(a)

the President of the Council;

(b)

the Treasurer;

(c)

the General Secretary;

(d)

such other member as the Board may nominate for the purpose.
