Clause 5

Amendment of section 10

Subsection (2) of section 10 of the principal Act is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the colon appearing at the end of paragraph (d) thereof and substituting therefor a semi-colon; and

(b)

by inserting immediately after paragraph (d) thereof the following new paragraphs: —“(e)to accept any gift of property, whether subject to any special trust or not;

(f)

to take such steps by personal or written appeals, public meetings, or otherwise, as may from time to time be deemed expedient for the purpose of procuring contributions to the Fund; and

(g)

to undertake and execute any trust:”.
