39. Transitional provisions
Feedback & supportAny contract, document, licence or permission prepared, made or granted by the Economic Development Board or the unincorporated body relating to such powers, functions and duties as are conferred or imposed on, or transferred to the Institute under this Act shall, except where otherwise expressly provided in this Act or in any other written law, continue and be deemed to have been prepared, made or granted, as the case may be, under this Act.[46
