17. Custody of documents
Feedback & supportThe register of members, the minutes of proceedings of all general meetings of the Foundation and of all meetings of the Board and all books of account of the Foundation must be kept at the office of the Foundation and must, subject to any rules that may be in force, be open to inspection by members, provided that the written permission of the Chairperson or of a director is obtained prior to the inspection.

“Foundation” means the Singapore Labour Foundation established under section 3;
