Constitution of Authority

Section 5
(1)
The Authority consists of the following members:
(a)
a Chairperson;
(b)
a Deputy Chairperson;
(c)
not less than 8 but not more than 20 other members as the Minister may determine.
(2)
The First Schedule has effect with respect to the Authority, its members and its proceedings.
