Clause 9
The principal Ordinance is hereby amended by inserting immediately after section 59 thereof the following new section: —“Benevolent Fund59A.—
(1)
There shall be established a Fund to be called the Singapore Military Forces Benevolent Fund.
(2)
Such Fund shall be administered by a person or persons to be appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Negara.
(3)
The Yang di-Pertuan Negara may make rules to provide for the purpose and administration of such Fund.”.
