Business manager of publication
Every business manager of a publication of the Union shall —
(a)
be responsible for the distribution of the publication;
(b)
submit the estimates of income and expenditure through the Financial Secretary to the Council for approval and transmission to the Bursar of the Polytechnic;
(c)
remit all funds received to the Bursar for credit to the appropriate account; and
(d)
keep a record of the accounts of the publication.
