Regulation 47

Editor of publication

Every editor of a publication of the Union or a constituent body thereof shall —

(a)

be responsible for obtaining such permit for the publication as is required by the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act (Cap. 206);

(b)

ensure that the Union’s publication policy is complied with; and

(c)

be answerable to the Council for any deviation from the Union’s publication policy.
