Disciplinary committee
Subregulation 1
There shall be a disciplinary committee which shall consist of 5 students appointed by the Council from among the most senior students of the Polytechnic with not more than one student from a department.
Subregulation 2
The members of the disciplinary committee shall elect a chairman from among themselves.
Subregulation 3
The Honorary General Secretary shall be the secretary to the Committee but he shall not take part in its deliberations.
Subregulation 4
The members of the disciplinary committee appointed by the Council shall serve a term of one academic year.
